• By booking an appointment with Its Georgia Y PTY LTD, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions and all company policies this company has laid out. These policies may be updated or change from time to time. so please be checking for any updates on changes.

• A non refundable deposit is required for every service I provide through my website. The amount of the deposit varies between treatments. The deposit is non refundable under any circumstances, only in the case of myself having to cancel (not reschedule) your appointment for whatever reason. In that case, your deposit will be refunded to you. ​

• If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 months away your deposit will be disqualified and you will have to pay another deposit to make a new booking.

​

• Clients who receive a consent form during their first visit must commit to answering the consent form 100% truthful. This is highly important as it greatly affects your safety if answered with dishonesty. If you are dishonest while filling out your consent form and you are affected, Its Georgia Y PTY LTD and all who are involved under the company's name hold absolutely no responsibility for the outcome. By booking your appointment you agree to follow this very important rule.

• If you cancel or need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 80% of the total price of the treatment will be charged. An Invoice will be sent to you and missing payments will be followed up until payment is received. This is to avoid any last minute cancellations as this is a company that needs to run accordingly to provide the best treatments and experience to everyone.

• "No showing" or missing appointments without notice is not tolerated. You will be at risk of not being welcome to book with this company again for any body contouring and beauty services. A full 100% payment of your treatment will be charged and missing payments will be followed up by professionals. A simple message stating your reason for cancelling 24 hours+ will cover you from all of this.

• When you arrive at your appointment, please message me and wait in your car until I message you when its okay to come in. This is because Its Georgia Y PTY LTD currently does not have a waiting room and respects the privacy of all clients coming in and out of the premises. This will also help to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are being dropped off please let me know beforehand.

• When you arrive for your appointment you will have your temperature taken and will be required to wear masks upon entry, even if a face treatment is being completed. You will also have to scan the covid safe QR code to check in. We prioritise the safety and health for everyone who comes in and out of our doors. Please come to your appointment with a mask until Georgia says otherwise.

• Clients will be allowed to bring 1 guest with them to their appointment, unless it is a group booking. 

​

• No refunds are permitted because of change of mind. If a refund of a pre-purchased package is requested due to a medical condition prior to treatment, a legitimate Doctors certificate must be shown to be eligible for a refund. Performing treatments cost a high volume of money to run, and cost of goods are very high, so by booking with Its Georgia Y PTY LTD you agree to never expect a refund on any service due to a change of mind.
